If you live overseas, or at some distance from the property to be cleared, that’s not a problem. Unless you so wish, you don’t need to be at the property when the house clearance is taking place.
We are able to work closely with your Solicitor or a trusted neighbour by collecting the keys and returning them once the clearance is complete. To give you total peace of mind, we can also take photographs of the house before and after the clearance.
You may be planning to sell the property after clearance. We offer a full professional cleaning service of the whole of the property and clean all carpets and windows after the clearance has been completed. If you would prefer to get rid of the carpets, we can remove them.
